We saw an opportunity to do something different — to produce a premium Sriracha that celebrates Australian agriculture, supports local producers, and delivers exceptional flavour from paddock to bottle.
That vision brought together two passionate, family-owned Australian businesses.

On the other side of the partnership is Pialligo Harvest, a chilli farm based in the fertile Canberra region.
